Task Assessor Training

Within any company employing anyone that drives as a part of their work the need to establish a Driver Training Programme is essential to manage risk. A good efficient and flexible approach to this is to train selected individuals (e.g. H&S Manager / Fleet Administrator) with the skills to support the company driver training programmeand the staff for whom they have responsibility. It is essential that the driver training programme and its purposes are passed down through all employees. Task Observer Training is an excellent way of ensuring that there are individuals within yourorganisation who have a full understanding and appreciation of what is required. They may also be able to be used at a certain level to carry out risk assessment or mentoring’ of drivers whom it is felt need assistance in reaching acceptable and safestandards of driving. Our Task Observer training course is designed to develop the assessment skills of a suitable staff member and prepare him/her to undertake internal driving assessments on colleagues or potential employees.
